As we’re always looking to innovate our design process and stay ahead of trends, we’ve collaborated with Betabrand to bring a new collection to life: Craftletic™.
What is Craftletic™?
Craftletic™ is the vision of merging craft and athletic and we’re looking for it to pave the way for a new footwear collection.
What happened?
Our designers spent two days sketching shape and structure for 3 unisex sneakerboot styles, all under the mindset for a craft-meets-athletics aesthetic. We got your vote on which style you liked best to result in the finalists. Urbanization was the winning concept.
NEORGANIC: The most nature-inspired concept. Spare and purposeful style lines meet clean, natural materialization. Function and utility play a larger part of this idea. Mixed media allows great material textures to work together.
URBANIZATION: Winner! Monochromatic, stealthy and super-clean. Pared down in both design and materialization, but not in function and performance.
MODERN NOMAD: High meets low. Craft meets machined. Materials and styles mix to create unexpected combinations. Cultural expression, print and graphics merge for an eclectic look that’s modern yet natural.
