Our orders drop immediately to the warehouse for processing so we can ship them as quickly as possible. Your order is already at the warehouse so we are unable to make changes at this time. If you need to make changes, please wait to receive your order and make any returns with the free shipping label included with your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Cancellations: Once your order is submitted, we work as quickly as possible to get it shipped. For that reason, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order, including address or item changes, but please use the free return label provided with your order to send it back for a full refund.
Returns and Exchanges: Your order should have been packed with a free return label inside the box. You can click here to review return instructions and, if you can't find your return label, obtain a free one to send your order back for a full refund.
- Tracking Returns: A tracking number is provided on your free return label. Unfortunately, we're not able to identify your tracking number for you, so don't forget to make note of it before mailing your return! To track your return, enter the tracking number provided here. If you sent your return and did not take note of the tracking number, please allow 15-20 business days for a confirmation email from Timberland confirming receipt of your return.
- Refunds: Once we confirm receipt of your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Exchanges: To exchange, please return your original item following the instructions above, and repurchase a new item at your convenience. If you purchased your item at a discounted price and are repurchasing the same style and color in another size, please contact us after you’ve placed the order and we will refund you the difference.

Otherwise, you can purchase items from our US site and ship to a friend, relative, or trusted source within the US who can forward to your preferred address outside of the US.
