We offer free standard shipping for timberland.com membership accounts*.

Please note and keep the return tracking number until your account is credited. Orders placed online with PayPal cannot be returned in-store for credit on the original form of payment. The store can provide a gift card, or customers can make returns via the free shipping label.

RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products. Custom footwear orders are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects (this does not cover normal wear and tear). For additional information, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE standard U.S. shipping* for users with timberland.com membership accounts. 

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

3-Day Shipping: You can expect your order to arrive in 3-4 business days, which includes order verification and processing. 

Ground Shipping: You can expect your order to arrive in 4-6 business days, which includes order verification and processing.

If you choose to upgrade to 2-Day or Overnight Shipping, your order must be received with credit card authorized by 4:00 p.m. EST (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

We use flat-rate shipping. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.

APO/FPO orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. ShopRunner 2-Day shipping is not offered to APO/FPO.

P.O. Box deliveries in the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post. Any delivery to a P.O. Box address will be a $16.50 charge. 

Alaska and Hawaii deliveries: Shipping will be via 2-Day Priority; Overnight may also be selected. Note that extra fees apply for both 2-day and overnight shipping.

Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received. For more information about payment options, click here.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped, excluding custom products. You may be billed for items purchased with an alternative form of payment (Gift Card, E-Gift Card, Debit / Bank Card, PayPal, PayPal Credit) immediately upon order confirmation.

U.S. Territories: Most items may be shipped to American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail.

International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of the United States, other than the U.S. territories listed above.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Gift Cards and eGift Cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

If returns are shipped to us from outside the U.S. or its Territories, any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-printed return labels will be enclosed with all orders placed on timberland.com.

*Free Standard Shipping for membership accounts only applies to the contiguous United States, not including Alaska and Hawaii.
