  • How do I cancel or delete my Timberland Community membership?

    To cancel your Membership, call Timberland Customer Service toll-free at the applicable phone number (888-802-9947).
    Cancellation of Membership will result in forfeiture of unused and/or unissued Benefits without liability of any kind to Timberland under any legal theory.

  • When will I receive my birthday gift?

    Members will receive their birthday gift within the month of their birthday. You must have your birthday filled out in your account to receive this special gift.
